Hi,
I am able to report correctly my Backdoor Roth conversion from Vanguard in the form 8606. I also have a Roth IRA conversion from my Rollover IRA (pretax money). Both of them were done in 2024. Importing this form1099R from Schwab, I expect the amount is taxable. However, it is not added to my income. Besides, this amount was reported on the line 13 of the form 8606 that is supposed for Nondeductible IRA (after tax). It is incorrect because it means this amount is the nontaxable portion of my distributions. My total amount of Backdoor Roth was also subtracted from this pretax money Please show me how to fix this problem. Thanks.

To clarify, you made two conversions, one from a traditional IRA that had nondeductible contributions and one from the rollover IRA with pretax money. You entered both Form 1099-R and answered all follow-up questions (click continue on the "Review your 1099-R info" screen).
Please note, the IRS see all traditional IRAs as one account, therefore it will be combined on Form 8606. Line 5 will have the total basis of all your traditional IRAs and line 6 the value of all your traditional, traditional SEP, and traditional SIMPLE IRAs as of December 31,2024. Then TurboTax will calculate the non-taxable part of the conversion.
