How to enter IRA required minimum distribution in step by step process?

The 2018 Deluxe TurboTax step by step does not appear to ask for IRA RMD as require by IRS. Please give instructions for entering this information.

Enter the 1099-R in Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement. One of the follow up questions asks if it is an RMD.

Still did not address the IRA RMD only Fed Retirement

I already know RMD does not apply to Fed Retirement.

Where is the follow up question in step by step 2018 Deluxe TurboTax?
