How does one fill out the Traditional and Roth IRA Contributions section under Federal Deductions & Credits if they have an account with TSP (Traditional and Roth)?

I am a federal worker who has an account with Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) that has a Traditional and Roth balance. Do these count as an IRA, and if so, how would one translate the info from these to a tax return?

The contributions reported in box 12 of your W-2 for the 401(k) and/or Roth 401(k) are not entered anywhere else on a tax return.
