How do I get Turbo Tax to put a pension plan contribution for my business (set up under my business EIN) on Schedule C, line 19 instead of 1040 line 28?

Is it for your employees?  Your own goes on 1040 line 28.

the pension plan papers prepared by a third party provider lists my business name and EIN, not my name/SSN.  I have to find a way to put the contribution on Schedule C.  I am tempted to give up on Turbo Tax and give my return to an accountant instead

Doesn’t matter which name and number are on it.  A schedule C is a disregarded entity and goes in your personal return.  Line 28 is right.
