How do I get past box 10-a on the 1099-g for unemployment?

I live in Ga but drew unemployment out  of TN that does not have a state income tax so TN for Tennessee is not even listed in the drop down menu.

Take a look at the information that has been entered in boxes 10a, 10b, and 11.  If anything was entered in any of those boxes, then they all must be filled in.  

If you did not have any state taxes withheld, then leave all the boxes blank.  This includes the dropdown box for the state name.

If you did have state taxes withheld, but there is not a state ID number on your form, then use the Federal ID number in box 10b.
