How do I get out of a cycle demanding IRA withdrawal info when I did not withdraw anything?

we withdrew one time, which is posted and accepted, but two more generic 'cases' have me locked on a cycle.

If you have a 1099-R carried over but did not take a distribution, then delete the 1099-R:

1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
2. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
3. Click on the "trash icon"
