How do I get in touch with TT about an error on my 2020 return?

"We changed your 2020 form 1040SR based on the tentative carryback application or carryback claim you filed."
What's funny is they're charging an interest penalty beginning 12.31.21. I received this notice yesterday. 
How do I contact TT about this?
