Everything on my return is filed as head of household and I haven’t listed anyone else except for my daughter as a dependent and it keeps asking me for my spouses Social Security number for my state return

Back in the MY INFO section what did you enter for MARITAL status ? Did you enter married or single ? That may be the root of the issue.

How can I file an Injured Spouse form, if I didnt file joint, but they took my entire refund because of my ex-husbands debt from 2022? I got a letter confirming.
