The IRS has not yet issued the form for reporting the income. TurboTax will include the form as soon as possible after the IRS issues it. There is no date for when it will be available. It will be Form 8915-F.
When the form is available you will enter the income in the retirement section. If you did not receive any 1099-R for 2021 you will say that you did not receive a 1099-R. Then it will ask about a 2020 withdrawal that you chose to spread over three years.
First you may receive a Form 1099-R from your plan administrator. It would not be expected for the same distribution you received in 2020. You should only receive a Form 1099-R for 2021 if you actually had an additional distribution in 2021.
If not, the information must be reported on Form 8915-F which replaces Form 8915-E. The IRS has not yet completed the final changes to the form so it remains in draft. Once this is completed you will be able to enter and include your second of three taxable portion of your COVID distribution from 2020.
Once the form becomes available you can check the list to see the date available.
