When you go through the 1099-R interview, there is a area to enter your Distribution and the taxes withheld.
You'll get a 1099-R if you received $10 or more from a retirement plan. 1099-R forms are typically sent by January 31st. You're required to report a 1099-R on your tax return, even if the distribution is not taxable. You can add up to twenty 1099-Rs in TurboTax.
If you have an SSA-1099, follow these instructions to enter it into TurboTax.
