.How do I enter required ira withdrawls, taxes paid on these withdrawls and qualified charitable contributions paid from these withdrawls?

These withdrawals were from a Vanguard IRA with them withholding the federal taxes directly and issuing checks to me in the charities names for distribution to the charities. I did not pay taxes on the charitable contributions as these were all qualified charities.

You'll enter the 1099-r under Retirement income in Wages and Income, just exactly as it the form appears.  Answer the questions about this being an RMD and Whether you made a charitable contribution.

The IRA custodian issued the checks made out to the charity and you just delivered them?

A check made out to the charity that is drawn *directly* from the IRA does qualify.   A personal check from a personal checking account does not.   It does not matter who delivers the check to the charity.
