How do I enter my rmd for an IRA when I took the required amount from a different account? I didnt withdraw any funds from the initial account.

The RMD must be calculated on each retirement account but it does not have to be distributed from any particular account as long as the total RMD is withdrawn. You do not have to enter how much was withdrawn from a particular account.
