How do I edit a blank entry? I have a Form 1099-R (Untitled) that I need to delete.

Go to Federal Taxes then to Income, then scroll down to  Retirement area and to the 1099R (untitled) and to the right of it, there should be a Delete icon to hit and remove it.

If that does not do it, then try this.

go to MY ACCOUNT on the left side of the screen

Then click on TOOLS

then below the boxes will be DELETE A FORM

click on this and find that pesky 1099R (untitled) and delete it.
