How do I add my husbands 1099r if it only gives me the option to put it under my name

Start entering a new 1099-R form, and carefully look at all the data on every page before the main form....

Use the "I'll type it in Myself"  and then on the next selection page "Tell Us Which 1099-R You Have" there are two selections...one for the Form type...and lower down, one selection for each spouse....you need to select the proper spouse..

(There is also a likely a way with a 1099-R  import, but I don't have a way to test that....)
