To enter your WA PMFL income when you did not receive either a Form 1099-G, or a W-2, you will need to go to a different section.
Note: The portion of the benefit paid for by your post-tax premiums is tax-free. However, the portion paid for by your employer's premiums is taxable. Therefore, only report the amount that was paid by your employer.

And how do you figure out what part was paid for by the employer? The W2 does not provide that information and there is no 1099-G issued by the state.
Washington State does not always issue Form1099-G for Paid Family and Medical Leave. But this income may be taxable. If you paid part of the cost for the plan by a payroll deduction, it would not be taxable and does not need to be reported. If you did not pay any of the cost, it is likely taxable. If you are not sure you can ask your employer or your state for this information.
Employer and employee contributions for WAPFL/WAPML are sometimes listed in Box 14 of your Form W-2.
