How do I access my 2018 returns as I need to amend them as I left out my 401 and 457 contributions for 2018?

I have go to Tax Home, documents and it asks me to "upload"

How do I access my 2018 returns as I need to amend them as I left out my 401 and 457 contributions for 2018?

Why do you need to amend? Those contributions are only on your W2 and won't affect your tax return. Didn't you enter them in W2 box 12?
