If I have to exit this turbotax intiut site to go to my email to get an answer, how do I get back on here without losing my information I have already entered?

If you're using TurboTax Online, it will save your information. You also can keep your TurboTax account open and check your email at the same time. 

After you go into your account and your return, you can click the search (Magnifying glass) and type   1099-R   into the search box. A link will open that says "Jump to 1099-R" which you can click on. 

OR you can click Wages & Income and scroll down to "Retirement"
