How do I reopen my program for editing after Turbo Tax has closed it?

After logging in your account and if the landing page appears locked after logging in, scroll to the bottom of the form and select "add a state".  This will also unlock your return for you to make any necessary changes.

If you have filed, you will need to amend your return but before you do, make sure your original return has been accepted by the IRS.
