How can I bypass the Rollover IRA early withdrawal for first time buyer. Turbo tax is charging me tax on it when they are not suppose to for first time buyer.

You always pay income tax on an IRA withdrawal. If you are a qualified first time home buyer, you can avoid the extra 10% penalty for early withdrawal.
