Hi. I just got a W-2 back from my previous employer whom I worked for during the first half of 2023. The problem is that boxes 1-6, as well as 16-17 are blank.

Box 15 is complete with the state abbreviation, though. For further reference, boxes a-e are also complete.

Better ask the employer.  You might be getting another W2 with the top half filled in.  Any other boxes filled in?
