Have paid for two delux packages, one each for 2015 and 2016. I am unable to down- load forms. I want to file today.HELP!

I,ve paid my dough, but stilll no go. I want to file my taxes on line. I am unable to bring the forms on line. Help!

You cannot file any tax returns online. E-filing is closed for all returns except for 2017--which cannot yet be filed. Tax returns for any year prior to 2017 have to be printed, signed and mailed.
