A distribution that you received in 2023 must be reported on your 2023 tax return which you are now preparing.  Near January 31 you'll receive a 2023 Form 1099-R that you must enter into 2023 TurboTax.

They are required to issue the form by January 31, but it can get delayed in the mail.

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
