In 1099-B form I have box 4 for federal tax income withheld, I do not see box 4 here.

Form 1099-B Box 4 reports Federal Income Tax Withheld. Enter this amount on the page titled "Some Basic Info About This Sale" (see screenshot below - click to enlarge).

You must check the box for "Taxes were withheld for this" in order for the dropdown box to appear. Enter the amount from Box 4 in the space for "Federal Taxes Withheld on This Sale."
