Are you filing a Colorado return? If so, there may be an entry for "Owner" and "SSN" reported that is triggering the error message.
To remove this, go to the "Income" within the Colorado return > Revisit the "529 CollegeInvest Program Contribution" topic. On the screen asking about "Tuition Program Contribution">"Are you or your spouse an account owner", answer "No".
On the next screen, "Tuition Program Account Owners" table -- if this table is present with a row of information (a name is probably present), select "delete" and "Delete Confirmation" screen, select "Yes". Then select "State Review" and that error message should no longer pop up.
