"year to date" Are you trying to use a paystub or do you have your W-2? Where are you seeing the amount?
Your employer just stopped withholding federal tax? Have a conversation and find out why. If your W-2 is wrong they need to issue a corrected one for you. If they really did not withhold tax, then right now --sorry--but it is what it is.. If you did not have tax withheld then it is possible that you owe now.
Maybe you need to give the employer a new W-4 to have them withhold more.

No I worked for Home Depot, they send me the w-2 and have it online for me to download, I am able to view my pay stubs going all the way back to February and they randomly stopped pulling out federal income tax so the total is only around 80 dollars, which not noticing until now, it says I owe almost 2000 in my refund. Last year I made pretty much the same amount in wages and it said they pulled out over 3000 in federal taxes, I’m not sure what changed, I didn’t do anything to change it. I’ll probably just have to call my company’a hr. Just was wondering if there is an explainable reason
