For a final 1041. There is no income distributed to the beneficiaries, just principal. Do I still have to file a K-1 for the beneficiaries if all of the boxes are zero?

As a general rule the beneficiaries are entitled to a copy of the final K-1, if for no other reason to tell them it's the final return.
