Fix Errors message on 1099-R

I keep getting an error message for a 1099-R form that is a Roth distribution. I enter the year as entered in box 11 but the box to 'fix' it is in this format 00/00. But it won't accept a date there. I have tried to fix this several times and it keeps coming back as an error.

Box 11. The first year you made a contribution to the designated Roth account reported on this form is shown in this box.

Try running a program update.

Thank you Sweetie Jean. I did run an update. And it isn't the year that it is asking for. it wants a date in the 00/00 format. But doesn't accept any version month/day or month/year. This space is only on the FORM view not the Easy Step view.
