After you enter your 1099-R, you will need to ADD your wife's 1099-R form. Each 1099-R form that you enter should appear in the 1099-R summary screen.
- Also, on the Verify the Owner of This 1099-R screen, make sure you select the correct person (This Form 1099-R belongs to).

After you enter your 1099-R, do you ADD your wife's 1099-R or do you edit your 1099-R form and replace the amount? If you add another 1099-R, there should be two 1099-R Entries on the 1099-R summary screen, one for you and one for your wife. I'll add a screenshot of the 1099-R summary screen in my answer.

your answer does not work. this was done and the first amounts are still there; entering spouses replaces all previous.
