How can I remove the voluntary contributions that I checked off?

which state are you asking about?

Click State on the left-hand menu.

Hit Continue till you get to the screen below. It's quite a way in.

I did that. Does not bring me to the page to remove or donate.

even after editing the form to "none of the above" it does not remove the contribution
