Entering Medicare Part C premiums in the SSA-1099 dialog.

I have read several instructions pertaining to Medicare Premium entries in TurboTax but have not found one that makes this distinction...

I have an Advantage Plan (Medicare **Part C**).  The premiums are withheld from my SS payment (and then presumably passed on to the insurer).  The premiums are denoted as **Part B** premiums on my SSA-1099 Box 3 description.  The TurboTax SSA-1099 dialog has separate lines for Parts B, C, D.  Should I enter the deducted premiums on the **Part B** line to match the SSA-1099, or should I enter them on the **Part C** line?
