Entering income from my 1099 form . Both boxes 3 and 7 have a reported income. The next page gives me an error and says I can only enter one in. What should I do?

You need to enter the 1099-Misc twice. One time report the amount in Box 3 and then the create a second 1099-Misc to report the amount in Box 7.
