Entered 1099Q amounts exactly as they appear on the form (including cents), but get an "out of balance" page. The rounded up amounts add up to $1 more than distribution.

Gross Distribution $1455.19; Earnings $479.63; Basis $975.56. Round up amounts: 1455; 480; 976 = 1456. How do I get past this page without entering incorrect information?

You have to force the numbers to "add up".  Enter $1455 in box 1, $480 in box 2 and $975 in Box 3. Only the numbers in boxes 2 & 3 are actually used in the calculations.
