Does TurboTax have the wrong 1099-R? Box 12 has "FATCA filing", but my 1099-R has it between 11 and 12. “State distribution” is in Box 14, but on my form it’s Box 12.

Does TurboTax have the wrong 1099-R? Box 12 has "FATCA filing", but my 1099-R has it between 11 and 12. “State distribution” is in Box 14, but on my form it’s Box 12.

Is this a Form 1099-R from the Department of State for FSO retirement? If so, the Department of State has failed to update its Form 1099-R to correspond to the renumbering that the IRS introduced in 2020 and you'll need to make the entries by box name instead of by box number.
