Does 'periodic payments from my retirement account' mean my normal monthly disability retirement or additional payments above my normal?

I was medically retired and have received an 'industrial disability retirement' since I was 36. This is the first time I am seeing this question and I'm not sure if they mean my normal monthly retirement benefit or maybe additional money from my retirement that I took out...? It is under the Annuity information page in the 10-99R section. This is the exact question: Did you get periodic payments from this retirement account with CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM on a regular basis, such as monthly, quarterly or annually?
