You will need to delete the form to remove this error. Go to FORMS and open 'Canadian Retirement Plans' and delete the page.
I followed the instructions that were provided and it did not fix my issue. The form does not exist in my list. I’ve rechecked all my forms and entries three times. Still getting the error message in final review and can not move past or dismiss the error. I want a refund because I can NOT file online. Will have to seek an alternative online software.

Thanks for trying. However I have tried deleting but the form does not exist. I spent many hours researching, deleting and reentering forms, tried using an iPhone, iPad, and a Mac book, Nothing worked. I finally was able to electronically file by choosing the option to fix it later. The error still existed, but the software allowed me to continue and file. It’s too early to know how this will be handled by the IRS. Time will tell.
One person mentioned this Canadian Pension error could potentially be caused when a 1099 is manually entered. I did manually enter US savings bond interest because Treasury Direct did not provide the 1099 in a format the TTO could scan nor could I imported it. I do not know if that is true, perhaps that could be investigated rather than all these work arounds. Please just find and fix the bug in the software.

2 days ago I was on the phone with Turbo Tax support for 45 minutes. Same issue, same problem regarding Canadian Retirement info you can't get past. She had me DELETE my 1099-R's, skip ahead to Federal Review and it showed no errors. She had me then go back and reenter my 1099-R's and everything worked fine the rest the way. The Canadian Retirement was gone and never reappeared.
Count me in as another person who is experiencing the same issue with a Canadian retirement summary page. This is obviously a TurboTax software bug. Are there any simple fixes yet?
