Do you list just retirement Annuities under Annuity adjustment?

You should have received a 1099-R for your annuity. The annuity adjustments page you receive is for your information.

Go to:

  1. Income
  2. Retirement plans and Social Security
  3. show more
  4. IRA, 401k, Pension, 1099-R
