Do the catch-up contribution rules apply to a 403(b) retirement plan? If yes, what is the catch-up contribution amount for 2019? Thanks.

Yes, you are eligible for a catch-up contribution to your 403(b) plan if you are aged 50 or over at the end of the tax year. The amount of the catch-up contribution is limited to $6,000 per year for both 2018 and 2019.
