Do I show the lump sum distribution that was a direct rollover to my wife's IRA as both 1099-R income and as an IRA contribution? Taxable amount is shown as $0 on 1099-R

This was a direct rollover to my wife's Traditional IRA.  Will TurboTax reflect this only as income, unless I reflect the rollover as an IRA contribution?  Thank you.

Enter it as a 1099-R. One of the letter codes in Box 7 should be G (direct rollover); that and/or answering the questions after entering the form should handle it properly.
