If you did not live or work in Ohio in 2020 and there are no Ohio state income taxes withheld on the 2020 Form 1099-R you received for your pension, then you should say NO.

Thank you for your response. I live in WA, but my pension check comes from Ohio. There is a state tax in Ohio
