Do I need to file 1040 and require Schedule 1 form if my spouse received retirement SSA-1099 of less than $10,000?

Was there any other income to report? If this is all, you are under the filing requirement. If not, all income has to be reported. There is no amount so small (unless it is less than 50 cents) that does not have to be reported.
