Do i have to send the state a check? or will they auto withdrawal from savings account?

You can have the funds auto withdrawn from your savings account, or you can send a check. When you are under the file tab in the program, Turbo Tax will ask you how to want to pay the balance due. This is where you can enter your banking information and date you would like it to be withdrawn.
