Anything reported in box 12 of your W-2 is to be entered in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax. Anything reported in box 12 of your W-2 is not a Roth IRA, but is instead probably a designated Roth account in the 403(b). A 403(b) is not an IRA.
