For non-cash items donated on the same day, you can make a single entry in the tax program with a generic description, as long as you have a separate written inventory to show in case of audit.
If you are referring to entering non-cash charitable deductions, you can lump all of the items together when you enter the donation made for each date. For each non-cash charitable contribution that's more than $500, you must include Form 8283 Refer to the TurboTax article Charitable Contributions and What Is the IRS Form 8283? for more details.
