Do i have to input a cost or adjusted basis from my 1099-b even if it doesn't show up on my form or can i leave it blank since on the form it says it's not reported?

Says I need to enter a Cost or Adjusted Basis to finish but on my 1099-B worksheet, it just says N/A. Also says it doesn't get reported to the IRS.

Yes, you should enter your cost or adjusted cost. It's not getting reported to the IRS because your financial institution doesn't know your cost basis.
