Do I have to file a1040X due to adding a non deductible IRA contribution for 2019 before July 15, 2020 or can I file after ? IRS haven't process my return yet.

I contacted IRS and due to back log, they haven't processed my return. I'm afraid to send 1040X before they receive my 2019 return.
