Do I have other options in TurbTax when I got class settlemt paymt about IRA but didn't roll it back into my IRA. Early withdw penalty will be charged unintentionally.

TurboTax seems to regard this situation as IRA early withdraw.  But I  didn't intentionally want to do a early withdraw.  I didn't know the tax consequence and just cash the payment check.  Is there any other forms that can explain my situation?  Thanks!
