Do I enter the IRA contribution that I made at work shown on my W-2 or is that already accounted for on the W-2 and I don't show it as a deduction?

Enter amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only on TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax. Any deferral of income resulting from a retirement contribution shown with code D, E, F, G, H or S in box 12 has already been excluded by your employer from the amount reported in box 1.
