There was not a Covid stimulus payment in 2019.

The first stimulus payment was in 2nd quarter 2020.  The second stimulus payment was in late December 2020 or in early 2021.

You report receiving the both stimulus payments on the 2020 federal tax return in the Federal Review section of the TurboTax program.

You mean in 2020----in 2019 no one had even heard of covid-19 yet.   

But yes, you need to enter the amounts of stimulus money you already received in the recovery rebate credit section.   Enter the amount that was sent to you in mid-2020 when the $1200 checks went out and the amount received in late 2020/early 2021 when the $600 checks were sent.
