No, you do not need to input your Husband's Retirement Contribution separately.
Any contributions to an Employer-Sponsored Retirement Plan should be reported on your Husband's Form W-2 in Box 12. The amount in Box 12 will already be deducted from his Wages reported in Box 1 of his Form W-2.
