No....Nothing happening inside an IRA count needs to be reported.

 

Only income you take out will be reported.....when a 1099-R is issued.

No, dividends earned in a retirement account are not reported. You only have to report distributions from your IRA. If the distribution is taxable depends on what kind of IRA and your situation.
